Join Tia Marsili, Yoga Instructor, Stress Management Consultant, and Yoga Therapist in Training from her home studio Blossoming Lotus (BlossomingLotus.yoga) to learn the many areas of dis-ease that Yoga addresses. Yoga is a combination of physical motion, breathing, relaxation, and meditation, that is adapted to meet the needs of the student. During four online seminars Tia will share peer reviewed research and its facts about the benefits of Yoga and its components. Practice how to use the various elements that make up Yoga to ease your mind, improve your ability to cope, manage your stress, and keep your brain and body healthy.
